SCOTLAAAAND!

"THEY MAY TAKE OUR LIVES, BUT THEY WILL NEVER TAKE OUR FREEEDOMMM!"
Moving along with the plans! I have a hostel booked in London for a week, which may not be ample time to see England's capital but at least I'll get a taste of it. Booked a fun looking party hostel so it will be nice to meet lots of people when I first get there. A week later I head up to Inverness in the Scottish Highlands. Yeah.

You can be jealous.

Got it under control?
Oh, okay. I'll give you another minute.

Alright. So I plan to do some serious backpacking, hiking and countryside-seeing while I'm in Scotland. This summer was a hard one for me and I feel that the best thing for my sanity would be some solitude in the Scottish countryside. My aunt was the one who put the idea in my head as she has done research on the Isle of Lewis and traveled around Scotland a significant amount. Last weekend she showed me her pictures from Lewis and encouraged me to check it out. So I figured I might as well see Scotland as I didn't have any other plans set in stone. Inverness is a solid starting point for the places in the Highlands that I want to see. Durness, Stornoway, and Loch Ness for starters. Yeah, I said it. Yeah, I'm going there. I'mma look for Nessie.
I'm looking forward to crossing "Go to Loch Ness" off of my Bucket List.
Aside from that, I'm thinking of doing at least a day trek or two in some of the more mountainous or hilly regions. Maybe after Inverness, hit up Aberdeen and then definitely Edinburgh. And somehow I'll fit this all into my plans for meeting Fiona in Glasgow on October 12th. And after that, the hopeful goal is England (Maybe Manchester, Newcastle, Leeds?) and job/flat hunting. But who really knows... Plans change.
Belfast anyone?
